Everything in this hotel was exceptional honestly i didn't except that much of attention to details but i was impressed, the staff were very professional accommodating our needs throughout the whole stay kais the concierge was very helpful trying to book our night outs, mohamed the guest relations manager who took time to introduce us to the hotel facilities and i can't believe how suleiman the waiter in the breakfast buffet was welcoming and smiling every single morning he even memorized the kind of juice we liked our coffee and the ingredients of our omelette, the spa and hammam by clarins was on a different level of luxury and sophistication i can't recommend enough, a shoutout to saber the waiter by the pool orders don't take more then 10 to 20 min either food or drinks always with extra care such us auto replenishememt of accompaniemnts or ice or snacks with our drinks , housekeeping was never called they respected the dnd and checked on is regularly even after their shifts in case we missed cleaning or anything, the food in the bar in the 2 restaurants was awesome Tunisian and international cuisine are both available the wine from la badira cuvé is delicious to end this long paragraph the we loved both pools and the quiet sandy beach I will definitely choose this hotel again . Good job la badira as a whole team

Iberostar Averroes is a beachfront resort, located in Yasmine Hammamet on the Tunisian coast, 600 meters from Carthage Land Hammamet. Hotel lobby looks very good. Restaurant is amazing, they have variety of foods and desserts. Our server Walid was phenomenal. Receptionsts were friendly and helpful. Indoor pool is great, the water is the perfect temperature. The gym was fine. Hotel bar is good, the waiters very kind, we especially liked Rafik and Adem. Hotel beach is fantastic!! We really liked the entertainment team, they have many activities and a show every evening; karaoke night, belly dancers, singers, Tunisian nights and so on. Our room was just as we expected with a sea view, clean and big. Bathroom fantastic. Cleaning lady came every day to change the towels and tidy up, she was really nice. I used their laundry service and my sweater came back clean with no stains.

The food, the waiters were excellents. Big up to Hamir, Samy and Momo 😊. Thanks to them my parents and kids were confortable at the restaurant and swimming pool.
