She went out of her way to make our stay happy and good. We loved that we could book the in-house onsen for an hour privately. It was good to soak and relax after a long day of skiing! The breakfasts were an absolute treat and we appreciated that we could eat dinner in house too, saving us going out in the cold at night. To top this all off, Maseyo picked us up and dropped us off at the station when we arrived and departed. We hope to be back.

Pension Ringo.No Ki är ett helt rökfritt hotell i Hakuba. WiFi är gratis. Det finns även hårtork, gratis badprodukter och tofflor. Ringo-Noki is the most beautiful little Lodge, with only around 6 rooms, in Hakuba run by the very lovely couple of Yoshi-San and his wife Kayo. Everything was perfect about this place, the decoration, the service provided by Yoshi and Kayo, the delicious breakfast, the cleaness, the beautiful onsen to use everyday after a full day of activities. When arriving you were directly greeted with tea and the stunning common area. All rooms also have coffee and tea for you to make and use at your convenience. Right next to the lodge is the bus stop for the free shuttle and within walking distance you have several nice and delicious restaurants, cafés and bakery and other shops. Can highly recommend this location.

Le Bocage - Hakuba Echoland Chalets ligger i Echoland, ett populärt nöjesområde med mer än 30 barer och restauranger. Här erbjuds gratis WiFi på rummen och parkering på plats. We loved that we had an ample amount of space. The chalet was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of three. We also loved the washer and dryer and how close it was to various restaurants and shops in Echoland. More importantly, through messaging within the booking app the staff at the hotel went above and beyond for us. They were exceptionally communicative in assisting us after my husband left a bag on the Shinkansen from Tokyo. They also provided a free shuttle ride to and from the bus stop which was great. The drivers were so nice

Pension Belnia ligger 5 minuters bilresa från skidorten Hakuba Happoone och erbjuder mysigt boende samt gratis Wi-Fi i hela byggnaden. Taka the host of Belnina is the star of the operation, so warm friendly and down to earth makes you feel like you are a friend staying at his home. Location is convenient to restaurants, bars and snow shuttle. I will be back.

A 15-minute drive from Pilatus Ski Resort, chalet-like Nomanomori offers quaint Western rooms. It features a garden with a terrace, free Wi-Fi and a cosy lounge with a fireplace. Delightful cosy b&b with the most friendly, helpful and generous owners. Rooms are not huge but ample for a couple with lovely outlook over the garden. Breakfast is home cooked and delicious, served in a nice dining room with open fireplace nearby. The owners generously offered to serve us a home cooked meal for dinner one evening as we were having difficulty finding an open restaurant. It was delicious. Private bathrooms are small but adequate however they have a great large indoor bath/spa for guests which was so relaxing. Plenty of lovely places to visit, drives, local onsen etc and the owners have lots of local knowledge and information. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

We have a variety of beautiful and well appointed chalets, located in prime areas centered around the Happo ski resort in Hakuba. The chalet was spacious, well-equipped, well-stocked & comfortable.

ZEN CHALETS Hakuba ligger bara 5 minuters promenad från skidorten Happo One i Hakuba och erbjuder fullt utrustade stugor med 1 sovrum, vardagsrum och kök. Wi-Fi är gratis i alla utrymmen. If there had been snow, the location would have been excellent. The lodging was cozy, spacious, and relaxing. We ended up spending a lot of time inside, since it was rainy, and we didn't get to ski as much as originally hoped. We were conveniently able to get rides from the staff to go to the market, and get to/from the bus station.
