A szállás nyugod, csendes helyen van, kicsit távolabb a központtól. Direkt ilyet választottunk, hogy tudjunk pihenni. a Központ, boltok és éttermek egy kényelmes 10 perc sétával elérhető. A szállásadó kedves, minden kérdésre/kérésre gyorsan reagál. Kiváló éttermeket ajánl! :) Kocsival a parkolás az épület melletti utcában ingyenesen megoldható. Mindig volt szabad hely. Az apartman felszereltsége jó, semmi nem hiányzott. A konyha teljes értékű, bár mi nem főztünk, de ha valaki szeretene megteheti. Vasaló, vasalódeszka, hajszárító, mosógép mind rendelkezsére állnak. A medence és környezete szép, sajnos nem fűtött de voltak akik így is fürödtek benne. A napozó ágyak kényelmesek de kevés van belőlük.

I was really looking forward to travelling to Lanzarote. And what can I say! I was not disappointed! Such wonderful suites. Very nicely furnished. Clean. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is simply sensational! I was very happy to be here and can recommend it to everyone if you are looking for something special.

We stayed in the lovely two bedroom Villa Ico for 4day visit in October 2021. Bianka, the owner, made sure our stay was trouble free. The Villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped with all the necessaries washing machine, dishwasher, oven & hob, an iron and board, hairdryer, a safe list goes on…. Bedrooms were large and spacious a king size double in one and large twin beds in the other. A single WC and a large bathroom with WC, bath/shower and twin basins. The lounge was large and comfortable inside dining and good sofa.. Flat screen TV with hdmi and good Wi-Fi . Outside there was a great bbq, very clean with all utensils. Outside Dining table and chairs and lots of place to sit and chill out in a beautiful well cared for garden, a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the Sun. The pool was clean and good for a dip after the beach. Not too deep so great for kids. The surrounding are was quiet. Just a few minutes walk there was a Spar supermarket that most things you need and a great wine selection and surprising good value. Loads of restaurants in the same area. Fantastic Tandoori to also inexpensive. The glorious beaches of Costa Tequise especially Playa de las Cucharas are about 15mins walk away or 5 mins by car. Would throughly recommend Villa Ico.

The location is second to none, very peaceful and serene. It was within easy walking distance to two main towns with a supermarket and restaurants within 5mins walk to the property. Very relaxing place to stay.

The property was excellent. Everything in the apartment was brand new. Couldn’t fault anything about the property. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was central or a walk away from restaurants and bars. The stand out feature was the apartment itself.
