But the most important thing about this hotel is Gianluca! He is the soul of the hotel! When we came to this hotel we had the feeling that we are at home! This is all thanks to Gianluca. I advise everyone to spend at least a couple of nights in this Palazzo and get to know Gianluca!

Self check in went well and the structure must be the only quiet place to sleep in in Palermo as it's in a small lane with steps so no motorbikes come past! It was heavenly peaceful. Equipped with all you need, washing machine, kitchen etc which we never used but was appreciated. The owners are very kind people who are doing a great job with hospitality.

The host Stefania so very helpful and had the mini fridge with milk! 1st time we’ve had that and we travel A LOT. Also unlimited coffee water and a lovely wee bottle of Prosecco on arrival. The city lounge bar across from entry had nice owner a good drinks. The location is quiet but very central to the pedestrian streets and restaurants We would recommend and stay again. Thank you Natalia! It was one of the best experiences we have ever had! Everything you could dream of was in the nice appartement. Host was super helpful and caring, we do miss the attitude and supplements of the flat had - now that we are in Catainia. Everything was in 11-17 minutes walking dsitance, the attractions. Supermarket Conad almost around the corner. Car was also comfortably parked at Orlando parking house, walking distance of max 10 minutes. Dont expect to find any parking on the street, busy always;).

The apartment was on the outside wall so the noise was a bit loud, but we slept (including the child) like babies. The host was very friendly, helpful and understanding. He had for sale some vouchers at a local cafe where we had our very good breakfast. Overall we recomand the stay.
