Cool rooftop and pool, very comfortable bed, great shower, kitchen amenities, balcony - everything you need. The staff gave the best service I’ve ever had in any hotel. The friendliness was next level. I would def seek this out again when staying in Heraklion

Lavris City Suites is ideal for people who want comfy beds with easy access from the ferry port, airport and the rest of the island as it is near KTEL Bus station - it is also on the main bus route for exploring Heraklion. It's friendly and with personal service from Dimitris and Maria who have been so helpful both times we have stayed there. It is just outside the city walls, so it is more open and less crowded to stay here. Walk until you are tired and then get a bus back. You can order breakfast in your room or there are a couple of coffee shops and a bakery close by where you can sit and people-watch.
